Designed for all ages and levels of fitness. Pure Hot Yoga (Original Series) is practiced in a studio heated to 38°C to prevent injury, improve circulation and promote detoxification.
Pure Hot Yoga (Original Series) is beginner friendly, but there’s no mistaking that it will leave the most devoted yoga student challenged for months, even years! Yoga students of all levels and ages will be rewarded with this total mind & body transformation.
PURE HOT YOGA (A Series)
A static series of up to 50 postures. Based on the series popularised by Bikram Choudhury & Bikram Yoga with specifically added postures for hip opening.
Pure hot yoga (A Series) is practiced in a room heated to 38°C it is suitable for beginners and advanced yoga students. Practiced regularly, you will receive many benefits from toning, strengthening and detoxifying your mind and body. Each yoga posture (asana) prepares you for the next and will help to loosen any tightness in your body, while building concentration and mental focus.
PURE HOT YOGA (Foundations of Flow)
Foundations of flow designed for beginners and also a great refresher class for seasoned practitioners who want to get back to the basics and work on alignment and breath. The vinyasa flow and sun salutations are much slower and broken down posture by posture. Sequencing can change weekly. This class is still dynamic but very safe and is slower than our traditional Power Vinyasa classes. You will be taught how to modify postures to suit your needs. Progress & regress as needed. Practiced at 35deg.
PURE HOT YOGA (Power Vinyasa)
A fluid like yoga class emphasizing on muscle strength, flexibility & total core conditioning. Pure hot yoga (Power Vinyasa) is suitable for Beginner to advanced yoga students. Pure Hot Yoga (Power Vinyasa) is practiced in a studio heated to 35°C. Ideal for sculpting those problem areas, dropping those extra kilos whilst gaining mental clarity.
PURE HOT YOGA (Yin)
A style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body. Pure hot yoga (Yin) helps regulate the flow of energy in the body. Pure hot yoga (Yin) postures are more passive yoga postures mainly on the floor. Pure hot yoga (Yin) is unique in that you are asked to relax in the yoga posture, soften the muscle and move closer to the bone. Pure hot yoga (Yin) offers a much deeper access to the body. It is not uncommon to see postures held for three to five minutes, with the aid of props such as bolsters and blocks.
PURE HOT YOGA (Creative Flow)
Our Creative Flow classes focus on modern yoga alignment principles with progressive asana. An expansive and creative class designed to evolve an intermediate students practice. During this class you will deepen your understanding of alignment fundamentals whilst challenging yourself to expand the creative centre of your practice. Classes may include intermediate and some advanced poses but lower options will also be given throughout class. Creative Flow will help you discover your inner power and wisdom through the deep connection of asana (postures) and pranayama(breathe) This style is practiced @ 35deg.
PURE HOT YOGA (Fusion)
Pure Hot Yoga Fusion gives you a little from the Original series and a little from the A Series which are tied together with a few Vinyasa flows which help to provide strength, flexibility, and toning while also providing a deeper level of concentration, stress relief and overall wellbeing. The squencing is similar on a weekly basis allowing you to develope a deeper relationship with your practice.
Suitable for all levels and practiced in a room heated to 38deg.
PURE HOT YOGA ( Slow Flow)
Slow Flow Introduces fluidity through movement and breathe. This 60 minute session moves to a slower vinyasa (flowing sequence – movement with breath). Sun Salutations are included, and asanas are held slightly longer in this class. Slow Flow also involves abdominal strengthening and a stronger standing sequence. Floor work includes hip openers, gentle backbends, and gentle inversions are explored. The Slow Flow Yoga session ends with a period of cooling and deep relaxation (savasana). Modifications and props are always available. There is no pre-requisite for this class. Practiced at 30deg.
