2 hour Summer Yin Immersion w/ Jenny | February 3rd

The intension of this 2 hour Yin practice is to slow down, pause and reflect.
These poses will highlight the summer meridian lines (energy lines). This sequence is about giving yourself a much needed break from external and internal heat generated this time of year.
If we take our cues from nature, this is the ideal time to take some yang out of our practice and invite a more cooling slower practice.
Yin is the perfect way to welcome much needed grounding. Longer yin holds to stimulate the body and promote the flow of Qi (energy) throughout the body.
