Total bliss out in a 2 hour Yin Yoga practice with Massage! Whether you are a yogi or not, you will benefit from the experience of deep stretching into the hips, shoulders, feet and legs combined with massage.
Massage Yoga is specifically designed for working into flexibility, relaxation and stress release, with the addition of massage. The style of the practice is based in Yin Yoga, with a focus on reclined postures so you can get the most out of the massage element of the class. All of our teachers have massage or adjusting training.
This is a fully immersive experience with essential oils, music, yoga props, and intelligent sequencing designed to give you a deeper awareness of your body and mind, all combined with intuitive touch. This provides the perfect setting for deep release and relaxation. The experience is all encompassing!
