Yoga first came into my life over 12 years ago.
At the time I had just moved to Melbourne, I immediately fell in love
with the new form of movement. Having spent my younger years in
dance, yoga became a new environment to challenge and express
I soon realised that yoga did not just finish when you rolled up your
mat and it became a part of my everyday being.
For me, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility
with the complete diversion from the busy mind.
My classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic,
Vinyasa style. Together we flow, balance, and breathe.
