I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for around 4 years. I am constantly evolving as my body changes. Yoga has taught me to be calm, patient and still.
Although my friends and family would say I am still working on it. It is by practicing yoga that we can connect with our breath, mind, and body.
I love watching students at the end of class in this beautiful calm state, they almost float out of the studio. I believe spending time nurturing your body, mind and breath can only enhance your quality of life.
