I am passionate about Health & Wholebeing & have worked in the areas of education, psychology, health and fitness for over 25 years.
What makes my heart sing? Learning, listening, connecting to people, teaching, being active, being outside, spending time with my family & friends, being in stillness.
My sankalpa is to integrate the psychological wisdoms of the ancient teachings & practices of yoga with modern evidence based psychological practices to help empower people to experience wholebeing, connect to their inner self and wisdom, enhance their resilience and to thrive.
Practising & teaching yoga & meditation…for me, is like coming home.
