I discovered Yoga in April 2017 during a pretty dark time and I’ve been blessed to have the capacity to immerse myself into practice and training ever since. With my background in Social Work, I’m very passionate about yoga as a key in supporting mental health and wellbeing. Always a student and sometimes having opportunities to share my practice and guide others in theirs, I hope to inspire and lead with integrity and kindness above all helping you find your way home to your heart, mind and body.
